What is it?

An artistic combination of Botox, fillers, lasers and skin tightening treatments that can smooth and lift the face, while delaying the signs of aging.  These various treatments are non-invasive and require little to no downtime.  Reduce and eliminate fine lines and wrinkles with Botox and reverse deeper unwanted lines and wrinkles around the mouth and eye area with the collaborative use of fillers.  You can even reshape noses, chins, eyes and cheeks.  Lasers and skin tightening treatments aid in tightening the sagging areas of the lower face and neck to regain the youthful appearance desired.  Typically, the liquid facelift includes only liquid injectables to achieve facial rejuvenation.  At Kalia Dermatology and Laser Center we feel that maximum results are achieved by combining injectable therapies in conjunction with laser technology to result in a brand new you.

Who is this for?

The liquid facelift is for the individual that wants to reverse the signs of aging in the facial area without having to recover from an invasive surgical procedure.  There is little to no recovery and you resume your normal activities without interruption.

Botox works by relaxing the muscles that form wrinkles and lines when they contract.  Once injected with Botox, the lines can no longer etch on that area of th face.  Intense pulsed light (IPL) treatments use a specialized spectrum of light energy to treat brown spots, uneven skin tone and redness to the skin.  Photofacials can improve the signs of aging by reducing blotchiness and uneven skin tone caused by the sun and pregnancy.  Fillers work synergistically with the various other modalities to provide natural looking and long-lasting results.  Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse and collagen fill in depressions and smooth out wrinkles and folds in the skin.

Fractional infrared light technology is used to lift and tighten the skin.  Fractional infrared light is pulsed to stimulate new collagen production in the skin and will lessen sagging at the jawline and neck and in addition will also diminish acne scarring.
